These Terms govern your use of Zylix Group’s services. Please read them carefully.

Introduction

Zylix operates this service, and throughout our provided services, references to "Zylix Group," “Zylix,” "we," "us," or "our" indicate Zylix and its Affiliates, referring to other companies within the Zylix corporate group. By using Zylix and its Affiliates, you accept these Terms of Service without reservations. Your use implies agreement with the current Terms of Service and any future changes, making you responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

Age Restriction

To access our platforms, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are 16 or 17 years old, by using our platform, you confirm you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and assumes full responsibility for your activities and any financial obligations on the platform.

Delivery

When placing an order for a service on our website, you can expect to receive your purchase within 15 minutes after purchase. However, in rare instances, delivery may take longer—particularly when acquiring additional services or add-ons. We will make every effort to deliver these extras as promptly as possible.

Pricing

We retain the right to modify pricing for our services. Any pricing changes will be communicated with at least 1 month's notice, either via email or on our website. The notice will include the reason for the price change, such as increased operational costs or third-party service fees. For monthly subscription services, the updated price will apply starting from the next billing cycle.

Purchase

If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase or subscribe to any services. Buyers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information to ensure uninterrupted service and communication. All users agree not to use our services for illegal activities.

Responsibility

Use of our services is at your own risk. Zylix and its partners disclaim any liability for any losses—direct or indirect—resulting from the use of our website, services, or products.

We are not responsible for any actions, files, or legal violations caused by customers while using our services.

Server Performance

While we make every effort to ensure optimal server performance, actual performance may vary due to factors beyond our control, including network conditions, server load, DDoS attacks, or third-party service disruptions. Zylix Group is not liable for any service interruptions or performance issues caused by these factors.

Invoice

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any unpaid service, purchase, or subscription if the corresponding invoice is not paid on time.

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies essential for the functionality of our website. These may include authentication tokens consisting of randomly generated characters used to authorize your account access.

Subscription Terms

By subscribing to a monthly plan, you agree to the current price and accept responsibility for reviewing any price changes. We reserve the right to debit funds up to 7 days before the end of the billing period.

Zylix reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraud or illegal activity and may notify authorities where appropriate. Refund eligibility may also be revoked in such cases.

Use of Our Subdomain(s)

By using our subdomain(s), you agree to comply with all applicable laws and our usage guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the suspension of your access to the subdomain(s) for a minimum of 3 months. In some cases, this suspension may be permanent. Appeals regarding suspension must be submitted through our ticket system, which can be accessed via our Discord server.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support at support@zylix.net.

Terminations must be made at least 6 days before the end of the billing period to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel a purchased product or service and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been started or used. Once you begin using the service, you acknowledge that your right to cancel and receive a refund is forfeited.

A service is considered started if, at any point, the user has activated the service by pressing the "start" button, even if only briefly.

Server Locations & Migration

Your server is provisioned in the location closest to you at the time of purchase. If a new, closer location becomes available in the future and you have not previously used the migration option, you will be offered a one-time free opportunity to move your server. Any subsequent migration requests, including moving after the free migration or to another location, may incur a fee, which will be communicated at the time of the request.
